Founder and Broker/Owner

• Chris represents buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants, in sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His real estate brokerage experience has been predominantly commercial in nature, with transactional and advisory experience across a variety of real estate property types.
• Chris's market knowledge, financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail all serve his clients well in terms of pricing, negotiation, and transaction execution.
• Chris entered the real estate industry in 2008 by way of leading a multi-generational single-family office at a privately-held real estate investment, development, and management company. Prior to that, he had worked primarily in business valuation, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, with over a decade advising owners, executives, and boards of privately held and publicly traded companies on complex matters pertaining to their debt, mezzanine, and equity securities, and testifying as an expert witness.
• A native Texan and longtime Houstonian, Chris graduated from Memorial High School in Houston, received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting concentration) from Trinity University in San Antonio, and received both a Master of Business Administration (MBA, Finance) and Master in Professional Accounting (MPA, Taxation) from The University of Texas at Austin. 
• Chris's real estate credentials include Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas; Registered Property Tax Arbitrator in Texas; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); and LEED® Green Associate™. His financial credentials include Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas (note: Appoint Realty, LLC is Not a CPA firm). As an additional service to his clients, Chris is also a Certified sUAS Remote Pilot licensed to commercially operate drones under FAA Part 107.
• Chris's other real estate certifications include: Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES); e-PRO®; Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA); Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE); Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®); Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS); and Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS).
